Zindart Retains Banking Firm for Unit Sale

LOS ANGELES, April 12 (Reuters) - Zindart Ltd. (ZNDT.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Tuesday said it retained Latitude Capital Group to seek a buyer for its manufacturing operating division, including a high volume, product design and turnkey production facility located in South China's Pearl River Delta region.

Hong-Kong based Zindart, which owns Corgi Classics, a developer of miniature die-cast collectible products, said it plans to focus on expanding revenues for its consumer branded product division.
